Grand Fitness Partners is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and maintain a 'Judgment Free Zone' atmosphere. The role involves greeting members, handling membership transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing concerns. This position is essential for a welcoming and inclusive fitness environment.
Requirements
- Greet members and guests and assist with check-in.
- Promote the 'Judgement Free Zone' and connect with members.
- Resolve member concerns and escalate as needed.
- Perform membership functions such as sign-ups and cancellations.
- Perform prospective member calls and tours.
- Clean and sanitize exercise equipment and spa amenities.
- Respond to maintenance and facility concerns.
