Job Description
Grand Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team as a Front Desk Sales Associate. The role involves providing excellent customer service, resolving member concerns, and ensuring a friendly and judgement-free environment in a public space. Requirements
- 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to continuously talk on phone
