Job Description
Grand Fitness Partners is seeking an overnight Front Desk Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. The role focuses on upholding the Judgement Free Zone and resolving member concerns, while completing membership functions and maintaining a clean and well-maintained club environment. Planet Fitness is committed to providing a high-quality fitness experience in a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
- 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
- Basic computer proficiency
- Continual standing and moving
- Continuing communicating in person or on the phone
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Background check required
