Grand Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide a welcoming and judgment-free environment at their overnight front desk location in San Luis Obispo, CA. The role involves greeting members, assisting with membership, resolving concerns, and maintaining a clean and safe facility. They aim to enhance people’s lives through their high-quality fitness experience.

Requirements

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
• Basic computer proficiency
• Continual standing and moving throughout the club
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Experience in a toxic chemical handling environment
