Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform rental property inspections, troubleshoot systems, and perform general maintenance repairs. You will work with a reliable 4WD vehicle or a vehicle with traction devices, and interact with guests, homeowners, and coworkers in a professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance, preferred
• Reside within 15 miles of Tahoe City/Truckee/Incline Village
• Possess a reliable 4-wheel drive vehicle or a vehicle equipped with traction devices such as studded snow tires or chains, in good working condition
• Strong customer service skills and strong communication skills
• Possess a clear attention to detail and must maintain professionalism at all times
• Ability to work under direct supervision to learn job duties, then operate under occasional supervision to meet job expectations
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing conditions as needed
