Maintenance Technician

As the Quality Control/Maintenance Technician, you will perform inspections on rental properties, identify damage, troubleshoot systems, perform maintenance repairs, and ensure homes are professionally cleaned. This role requires regular driving between locations in the South Lake Tahoe area, including winter conditions. The position involves travel, hands-on repair and maintenance, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of property maintenance experience preferred
• Reliable 4-wheel drive vehicle or vehicle with traction devices in good working condition
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail and professionalism
