Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing housekeeping, maintenance, and QC in Guesty PMS (Property Management System). This role involves managing projects, training employees, auditing operations, and ensuring the company goals are met. You also assist with recruitment and provide training to new hires.

Requirements

• Manages core operational systems and processes
• Ensures Housekeeping work orders are completed as per company standard
• Maintains compliance with operations expenses and budget
• Assist with onboarding new units
• Schedule Greeters and Housekeepers
• Manage and organizes supply inventories regionally
• Prepare reports for management information
• Assist in new staff recruitment
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Conduct daily briefings
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with department reporting
• Assist in work order creation
• Regularly scheduled hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
