Job Description
Track PMS Operations Manager will be responsible for managing housekeeping, maintenance, and QC in the company. This role involves managing projects, providing training, auditing, and assisting in recruitment. The manager will oversee the entire operational workflow and ensure the company goals are met.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum two (2) years in operations role
- Experience working in the hospitality industry
- Working knowledge of housekeeping and hospitality industry standards
- Fluent English verbal/written skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communicator
- Ability to work independently and self-directed
- Working Conditions: Regular scheduled hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with schedules varying based on business needs
