Job Description
Granite State Manufacturing is seeking CNC Lathe Operators for Class B positions on first shift, on-site. The role focuses on precision turning and production on Doosan, Mori, Okuma, and ProtoTRAK lathes, supporting the U.S. Navy. Operators will work collaboratively with a Planning team to maintain production and quality while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of CNC lathe experience, including basic setups and operation
- Familiarity with Fanuc, Okuma OSP, or ProtoTRAK control systems
- Working knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement
- Proven ability to perform setups, operate independently, and meet quality standards
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
