Job Description
The Machinist (CNC Lathe: 1st Shift) role involves setting up and operating CNC machines and manual machines to fabricate parts. The position encompasses setting up machines, performing essential functions, mentoring employees, and maintaining a safe work environment. Strong skills in reading blueprints, measuring parts, and troubleshooting are essential.
Requirements
- Setup and running of CNC or manual machines (horizontal and vertical)
- Self-sufficiency in machining and production
- Complex part machining and use of precision tools
- Troubleshooting skills
- Blueprint and specification reading expertise
- HSG/GSM knowledge (required for citizenship/residency)
- Membership in a government contractor
