Job Description
Grant Thornton is seeking an IT AV Production Support Specialist to join the New York, NY office, providing executive-level AV production support. This role involves maintaining AV systems, assisting with meetings, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to AV technology standards and innovation. The specialist will be involved in AV production, collaboration with user-facing teams, and the technical support and operation of AV equipment in NYC and the wider firm.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of AV production hardware and software
- Expertise in Microsoft Teams platforms
- Experience with digital signage platforms
- Experience with CADD, DAW, AV editing, and control systems
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with enterprise networking protocols and AV system integration
- Experience with AV vendor management and procurement processes
- Bachelor’s degree in AV Technology/Media Production, Broadcast/Media Engineering, Communications/Digital Media, or related field preferred.
