Job Description
Grant Thornton is seeking a Transaction Tax Senior Associate to lead innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance skills on M&A projects. The role involves collaboration with Transaction Taxes teams, client interaction, and participation in tax due diligence and transaction documentation. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Master’s degree in Taxation or LLM in Taxation (Master’s or Ph.D. in relevant field is preferred).
- Minimum two to six years of progressive federal tax consulting or compliance experience.
- CPA or JD/active law license preferred.
- Experience in Corporate, S-Corp. and/or Partnership returns.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/technology skills.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills.
