Job Description
Grant Thornton is seeking a Transaction Tax Senior Associate to lead innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance on M&A projects for clients. The role involves managing clients, developing and mentoring staff, and assisting with tax due diligence. The ideal candidate will be empowered by resources and a supportive environment to achieve client needs and confidence.
Requirements
- Manage, develop, and mentor Staff and Interns on M&A projects
- Maintain active communication with clients during engagement
- Assist in conducting buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence
- Assist in preparing written communication in a deal-driven manner
- Perform detailed analyses of a client’s tax attributes
- Assist Senior Managers on project development and client pursuit
