Job Description
The Food Safety Quality Specialist role at Deventer involves maintaining food safety and quality systems, conducting audits, and collaborating with international teams to meet client requirements. This position requires validation of processes, problem-solving, and adherence to regulations, with a focus on food safety and animal feed.
Requirements
- Verify and maintain food safety and quality systems, including risk analysis, hygiene processes, and production procedures.
- Collaborate with operational teams to initiate corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and client-specific requirements for food safety and quality.
- Manage the compliance with government regulations for food and animal feed safety.
- Research and follow up on food safety incidents.
- Verify and maintain the quality management system and different certifications (FSSC22000, Halal, Kosher, BIO).
