Job Description
VZ International (HQ Breda), a significant player in the fruit and vegetable ingredients sector, is seeking a skilled Food Technologist with expertise in vegetable processing. The R&D department in Breda focuses on developing innovative solutions for customers, working closely with sales, production, and internal teams. The role involves product development, process optimization, technical sales, and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience in product development within the food industry with fruit and vegetable products.
- Knowledge of fruit and vegetable processing methods.
- Familiarity with regulations and quality standards (BRC, HACCP, and ISO).
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
