Job Description
VZ International is seeking a skilled Food Technologist with expertise in vegetable processing and development for its R&D department in Breda, Netherlands. The role involves developing innovative solutions for customers, optimizing production processes, and advising on product selection. It requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
- Experience in product development within the food industry and with fruit and vegetable products
- Knowledge of fruit and vegetable processing methods
- Familiarity with regulations and quality standards (e.g., BRC, HACCP, ISO)
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (20%)
- Valid driver’s license (Category B)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
