Job Description
Gravie is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to support the growth of our ICHRA and level-funded business through sourcing, forming and nurturing strong strategic partner relationships.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in health insurance, benefits, or a related industry
- 3+ years in a channel partnerships, broker-facing, or sales enablement role
- Experience building broker, consultant, or partner relationships
- Strong understanding of small/mid-market benefits dynamics
- Bonus: familiarity with ICHRA, level-funded products, or the broker ecosystem
- Previous experience at a high growth company
