Job Description
Gray Construction is looking to add an experienced Construction Senior Project Manager - Advanced Technology Market to join their team in Portland, OR. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of one $75MM + or an individual project with a high level of complexity or multiple construction projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- Minimum of ten years related experience and/or training
- Minimum of five consecutive years total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects
- Minimum of three years’ experience managing all disciplines for design/build projects or hard bid projects
- Experience in all contracting methods such as lump sum, GMP, cost plus construction management, and fee-based construction
- Proven record in increasing project profitability from the initial project profit margin on multiple projects
- Ability to mentor and train other project staff
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail applications
