Job Description
The Casino Host-GCT is responsible for providing enhanced customer service to Premium Mass casino players through various responsibilities on the casino floor, including networking with VIP guests and delivering personalized service levels to enhance their loyalty.
Requirements
- High School diploma
- Post-secondary education in commerce, marketing, hospitality, public relations or management (asset)
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in sales/sales management
- 2 years experience in a gaming environment (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to read and understand command of English language
- Bilingual (English/French) (asset)
