Member Service Team Member

The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is looking for a Membership Team Member to join their team. The team member will provide customer service support, assist members with their needs, and build positive relationships with members and guests of all ages.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Willingness to live out the mission of the Y
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to work with members and guests of all ages
