Member Service Team Member - Full Time

As a Member Service Team Member, you will provide customer service support to members, program participants, and guests, and build strong relationships with members and guests of all ages.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Willingness and desire to live out the mission of the Y
• Experience in cash handling and reconciliation
• Ability to work with members and guests of all ages
