E-commerce Project Manager

As an E-commerce Project Manager at Grebban, you will play a key part in fast-growing company with global ambitions, managing e-commerce projects from initiation to completion and ensuring successful delivery.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding, preferably with experience in e-commerce, digital design and/or technical development
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with clients and internal teams in a global setting
• High self-motivation and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to lead technically complex projects
• Proven leadership experience, managing fast-paced, technically advanced projects
• Experience in development, technology, and system architecture (programming skills not required)
• Expertise in agile project management, particularly methodologies like Scrum
• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, Figma
• A strong understanding of client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for customers
• Fluency in English (written and spoken), is essential for our international ambitions
• Extensive experience leading teams, from small groups to larger project teams, is advantageous
• A flexible approach to travel, with opportunities to visit clients across the Nordics and Europe as we expand
