As an E-commerce Project Manager & Team Lead at Grebban, you'll play a key role in ensuring successful client project delivery while also leading and mentoring your team to achieve their full potential. The role combines strategic project ownership with hands-on leadership, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently while fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding, preferably with experience in e-commerce, digital design, and/or technical development.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively with clients and internal teams in a global setting with diverse cultures, locations, and languages.
- Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding teams in a collaborative and supportive manner.
- High self-motivation and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to lead technically complex projects.
- Experience in development, technology, and system architecture (programming skills not required).
- Expertise in agile project management, particularly methodologies like Scrum.
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, Figma.
- A strong understanding of client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), essential for our international ambitions.
- A flexible approach to travel, with opportunities to visit clients across the Nordics and Europe.
