The Area Sales Manager will lead the sales team, motivate and hire sales personnel, and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Requirements
- Motivate and lead the sales team
- Recruit, hire and train community sales managers and sales assistants
- Provide excellent customer service skills
- Write cancellation or buyer/Realtor letters
- Update weekly MLS reports
- Conduct performance reviews of sales personnel
- Implement changes with the sales team
- Attend outside company and Realtor functions
- Direct a team of approximately 10 employees
- Manage sales per community along with Director of Sales
