Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at Greenchoice, you will answer customer questions via phone, email, and WhatsApp, and provide helpful and personalized service. You will work in a positive and energetic team, with opportunities for training and professional growth.
Requirements
- Completed MBO 4 education
- Experience in a service-oriented industry
- Good command of Dutch and English languages
- Ability to quickly switch between different systems
