As a Sales & Retention Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure they choose Greenchoice and continue to choose us. You will conduct full advisory and sales conversations, actively contribute to improvements to retain customers, and work together with your colleagues to achieve the highest customer satisfaction in the energy market.
Requirements
- At least MBO 4 work and thinking level
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-oriented or commercial function (phone customer contact is a plus)
- Background in the hospitality industry, customer service, or phone sales (retail is less suitable)
- Excellent command of the Dutch language. English is a plus
- Good digital skills: you switch easily between systems
