Rotational Engineer

The Greene, Tweed Rotation Engineering Development Program is a 2 year long technical development program that provides entry level engineers with direct experience in a number of engineering job roles within the engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

• Executes a total of (4) six-month assignment plan in accordance with departmental manager’s expectations.
• Provides periodic report-outs to Executive Management team, including results achieved, impact to business and lessons learned.
• Supports continuous improvement efforts of the site, including the completion of Lean/Six Sigma training as required by business.
• Periodically attends training based on assignment plan requirements and/or soft-skill development needs.
