Job Description
This role focuses on the execution of contracts for VIP Jet aircraft interior projects, from design and development to manufacturing and delivery. The Director, Program Management will lead a team and be the single point of contact for program-related inquiries, providing oversight and contributing to strategic decision-making. This position involves mentorship, communication, and collaboration between engineering, certification, supply chain, and other related departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
- Ten years relevant experience
- Five years of people management experience
- 5 years of experience in large-scale, complex aircraft interior projects.
- US Citizen
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
