Job Description
Greenworks Tools is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at their Morristown, TN facility. This leadership role involves managing production activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will balance operational efficiency with employee engagement and drive performance excellence.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations
- 3–5 years in supervisory or team leadership capacity
- Proven ability to lead production teams
- Experience implementing or working within Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks
- Strong operational discipline and safety/quality improvement experience
- Industry experience in Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
