Job Description
Greenworks Tools is seeking a Quality Group Leader to assist Quality Manager in all aspects of product quality, cost efficiency, and safety. This role involves guiding operational activities, providing direct support to Product and Engineering, and ensuring continuous quality improvement. The leader will oversee the daily use of measuring instruments and tools, handle customer issues, and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements
- Responsible for the development and training of quality inspectors.
- Monitor employee productivity and adjust as needed.
- Inspection of measuring instruments, tooling, and maintenance.
- Provide direct support to product management and engineering related to customer issues or returns.
