Job Description
Greenworks is seeking a Quality Manager to develop and implement quality standards, support rigorous testing, and ensure product quality across manufacturing operations. The role involves leading quality initiatives, collaborating with global and local teams, and ensuring compliance with product integrity and regulatory standards. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, particularly in international contexts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing or quality management
- Prior experience in the Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) industry is highly desirable
- Proven expertise in supporting quality management systems and troubleshooting electronic assemblies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and strong attention to detail
