Job Description
Greenworks Tools is seeking a Supply Chain Manager-E-Commerce to drive operational KPI improvements across inventory, planning, procurement, and manufacturing. This role focuses on forecasting and inventory planning for e-commerce customers and products, utilizing ERP systems like SAP and IBP. The manager will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, resolve supply chain bottlenecks, and provide insights for forecasting accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Facilitate communication with customer counterparts in merchandising, replenishment, logistics, and planning.
- Oversee the forecast generation and input within IBP/SAP.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across the sales & operations sectors.
- Utilize ERP system (SAP) daily to retrieve necessary data points.
