Job Description
Greenworks Tools is seeking a Supply Chain Manager - E-Commerce to drive operational improvements across inventory, planning, procurement, and manufacturing operational excellence. This role will be responsible for forecasting, inventory planning, and managing the forecast, supply plan, MRP, and financial S&OP planning process, focusing on e-commerce customer demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management and forecasting methodologies, experience with SAP/IBP, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in SAP (as primary ERP) and IBP (as forecasting platform).
- 5+ years in demand planning/forecasting/supply chain.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management and demand planning.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills using modeling tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Access.
- Experience with Amazon (internal or supplier) is highly valued.
