Security Manager

The Grenada Airports Authority (GAA) is seeking a highly experienced Security Manager to lead and oversee all security operations across its airports. The role requires a security professional with a strong background in aviation security management, regulatory compliance, and crisis response, and is a vital part of safeguarding Grenada's gateway to the world. The Security Manager will develop and execute security strategy, manage operational procedures, and ensure compliance with international aviation standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or related discipline
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ senior-level experience in airport or aviation security
• Sound knowledge of airport policing techniques, ICAO standards, and security operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to stay ahead of emerging aviation security challenges and technologies
• Strong integrity and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Clean character certificate and ability to obtain and maintain security clearances
• Valid drivers license
