We’re looking for a Community & CRM Manager who turns followers into fans and customers into a movement. You’ll be the voice between Banana Beauty and our community – building loyalty, driving engagement, and turning data into real relationships.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM, community, or retention marketing, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or D2C.
- Growth mindset, data-driven, and emotionally intelligent.
- Experience with Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, or WhatsApp Business tools is a plus.
- Skilled in writing and storytelling with a natural sense for tone and timing.
- Fluent in English and German (Italian and/or French a plus).
