Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mechanic Shop Assistant to support our shop manager in maintaining and repairing small engines and light equipment, including bobcats and lulls.
Requirements
- Assist shop manager with repairs and maintenance on small engines, bobcats, lulls, and related equipment
- Perform basic mechanical tasks such as oil changes, part replacements, lubrication, and inspections
- Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively
- Clean, organize, and maintain the shop and work areas
- Load, unload, and move equipment and parts as needed
- Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform other general shop duties as assigned
