Job Description
This Manager-Front of House role is responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience through effective FOH operations, team management, and maintaining a professional restaurant image. It requires training, coaching, and adherence to operational standards and health & safety protocols. The position involves daily reports, team schedules, and maintaining sanitation and cleanliness.
Requirements
- At least two years of high-volume restaurant supervision experience
- Work 50-55 hours per week
- Strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- Food Handler Certification required
- Physical demands as outlined above
