Job Description
As a Retail Merchandiser, you will assist in setting up new stores, merchandise existing stores, and support store operators. You will travel weekly and serve as a brand ambassador in the field. Flexibility and a love for travel are key in this role.
Requirements
- Demonstrating merchandising best practices to store employees
- Guiding Independent Operators and their store teams on merchandising and brand standards
- Constructing & deconstructing of store fixtures including shelving and racking
- Unpacking pallets with various types of food & products
- Merchandising and organizing product on the sales floor and in the stockroom
- Working efficiently and effectively on tight timelines
- Administrative tasks including but not limited to managing expenses, booking flights, submitting time sheets, checking email, etc.
