Retail Merchandiser

Grocery Outlet is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to assist in setting up new stores and supporting existing store operators across the US. This role requires flexibility, a love for travel, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Demonstrate merchandising best practices to store employees
• Guide Independent Operators and their store teams on merchandising and brand standards
• Construct and deconstruct store fixtures
• Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Work efficiently and effectively on tight timelines
• Perform administrative tasks such as managing expenses and booking flights
