Job Description
Grounded 1002 is seeking a motivated Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support their CEO and provide comprehensive administrative, personal, and event support. This role involves 20-25 hours per week and offers both remote and in-person tasks, primarily in central London. The position offers flexibility based on project needs and the opportunity to contribute to a vibrant, growing business.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
- 3+ years of experience with operational platforms (G-suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management tools, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with technical retailers (Shopify, Klavio, Canva, etc.)
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with design or inventory management
