Requirements

• Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process
• Establish and maintain strong relations with lenders
• Recruit, hire and develop associates for the Financial Services Department
• Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
• Secure and finalize transactions in a legal and ethical manner
• Meet monthly forecast for finance and insurance income
• Supervise the financial services associates
• Create and organize all sales activities for the Sales department
• Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales force
• Establish a positive relationship with customers
• Appraise incoming used vehicles
• Work with the General Manager to forecast monthly sales and expenses
