Requirements

• Hold a university degree in first cycle (1st) preferably in engineering, urban planning, or architecture or equivalent experience.
• Have a minimum of six (6) years of experience in a similar position.
• Hold one of the following certifications: CFM, FMP, or RPA
• Master the Microsoft Office suite.
• Possess good knowledge of the Yardi software (an asset).
• Know a GMAO system and have participated in its implementation.
• Have good knowledge of accounting and budgeting processes.
