Job Description
Groups Recover Together is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality care. The Clinical Supervisor will manage a team of 6-10 counselors across multiple offices, drive great clinical outcomes for members, and provide direct/in-person clinical oversight and support.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or similar field)
- 2+ years of full-time behavioral health experience and Licensed at the Independent level as an LCAC, LCSW or LMHC
- At least 5 years clinical experience in addiction or other areas of behavioral health
- Proof of TB status upon hire and annually
- Completion of a health questionnaire
