Clinical Supervisor - Tennessee

Groups Recover Together is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality care and help implement new clinical protocols and initiatives. The Clinical Supervisor will manage a team of 6-10 counselors and report to the State Director.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in the Behavioral Health field
• 2+ years of full-time behavioral health experience
• Licensed at the Independent level as an LADC, LCMHC, LPC, LPCC-CS, LICDC-CS, LISW-S, LCAC, LMFT or LCSW
• At least 5 years clinical experience in addiction or other areas of behavioral health
• Proven management experience leading people and teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and own transportation
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
