Job Description
As Director of Product, Care Connections, you'll lead one of Grow Therapy's most strategic and innovation-driven pillars, focusing on enhancing therapeutic relationships and outcomes by bridging in-session therapy with personalized, between-session support.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product experience, with 4+ years managing high-performing product teams.
- Experience with AI/LLMs and a strong interest or passion for leveraging them in product development.
- Proven track record of leading consumer-facing product initiatives, mobile a plus.
