Director of Product (Provider Growth)

Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access. We're looking for a Director of Product to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for provider growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience driving measurable business impact through product innovation
• 4+ years managing PMs
• Experience with B2B2C or platform products, ideally in a growth, marketplace, or onboarding-focused role
