Requirements
- No previous internship contract signed.
- Active student of technical or technological programs in Systems, Informatics, Computer Equipment Maintenance, Networks or related careers.
- Academic knowledge or experience in technical support to users, ticket management and documentation, maintenance and repair of computers, fundamentals of networks and connectivity, good ITIL practices, time management, prioritization, AI tools, communication skills, and English proficiency.
