Tecmilenio is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide high-level specialized technical support to executives, manage the technological infrastructure of the Rectorate, and ensure the continuity of critical services.
Requirements
- Degree in Bachelor's or Engineering in Systems or related fields
- Training in quality service frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
- Certifications in collaborative platforms such as O365
- Certifications in support of operating systems OSX and Microsoft Windows
- At least 2 years of experience in VIP executive support
- 2 years of verifiable experience in support management oriented to ITIL or COBIT reference frameworks
- 2 years of experience in managing Windows (Win7 to Win10) and OSX operating systems
- 3 years of experience in support, maintenance, and incidents on hardware of computer equipment
