Hire Hangar is expanding its talent acquisition team and seeking an Internal Recruiter with 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing, alongside providing a smooth candidate experience. The candidate should be comfortable with multiple requisitions and possess strong communication and ATS skills.

Requirements

• 2–3 years full-cycle recruiting
• Demonstrated success interviewing and placing technical talent
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Skilled in ATS software
• Availability to cover several days per week aligned to Pacific Time
• Flexibility across EST–PST hours
