Job Description
We are looking for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to support lifecycle marketing campaigns across multiple brands. As an expert in email campaign execution, you will build flawless automations, catch issues before launch, and keep complex marketing workflows running smoothly.
Requirements
- 3+ years of advanced experience using CRM/ESP platforms (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, SFMC, HubSpot, etc.)
- End-to-end email marketing operations experience—from build → QA → launch
- 1+ year project-managing marketing campaigns (cross-functional collaboration)
- Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Comfortable using Slack for internal communication
- Highly detail-oriented and operationally strong
